William Fink, R.Ph., President:
A registered pharmacist for over fifty years, Mr. Fink began his career in the retail pharmacy business. For the last thirty years he has worked in the field of managed care. His background includes experience with local, regional and national HMOs, PPOs, medical management groups, and self-insured employer groups. He has been involved in software development, outcomes research projects, disease management programs, formulary development and rebate negotiation. Mr. Fink is the founder and owner of Managed Care Pharmacy Consultants Inc., and the creator of RxAccord®. Jean Rice, Director, Business Development:
As owner of Action Healthcare Management (AHM), Ms. Rice combines over twenty-eight years healthcare experience ranging from clinical tertiary care to credentialing, utilization, and network management in group health and Workers' Compensations settings.She has directed health services delivery and utilization management in HMOs, PPOs, Medicaid, and indemnity insurance environments. She is a recognized public speaker on healthcare issues. She is a founding member and past Executive Director of the Case Management Society of America, Central Arizona Chapter. She received her nursing degree from San Joaquin Delta College and her Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. Ms Rice is responsible for marketing development.

Jon Griebel, Application Consultant:
Mr. Griebel is owner and President of Pro-Act Consulting, Inc. located in Tucson, Arizona. During a thirty-year career with IBM, he was involved in application development involving Cad/Cam, Artificial Intelligence, Expert Systems, Xbase applications and Information Center technology. In collaboration with Mr. Fink, he programmed the RxAccord® software program. Mr. Griebel provides technical expertise focusing on application development.

Peter S. Ireland, P.E. Technical Director and Network Administrator:
Mr Ireland is a registered professional engineer, with two BS engineering degrees from the University of Arizona and University of Washington. He has been a computer consultant for more than 12 years, is a past president of the Tucson Computer Society and is a former member of the Board of Directors of the Tucson Better Business Bureau. He is a nationally-trained business arbitrator and owner of a successful independent consulting firm specializing in network support and troubleshooting. Mr. Ireland directs system operations, overall technology, research, and daily server operations management.
